Where does this data come from?
The U.S. Department of Labor publishes every certified Labor Condition Application (LCA), which is the filing an employer must make before sponsoring an H-1B worker. This tool is built from the official FY2025 disclosure files: 112,131 certified H-1B positions across 9,867 employers. It is public record, cleaned and made searchable by role, state, and volume.
Does a company on this list guarantee a job or a visa?
No. It shows which employers have a real, recent track record of sponsoring your role, so you spend your applications where sponsorship is actually possible instead of getting auto-rejected on the "are you authorized to work without sponsorship" question. It tells you where to aim, not that you are hired.
What exactly do I get when I unlock?
The full ranked shortlist for your role (not just the free preview), the sponsorship count and median wage for each company, the cities they hire in, a direct careers-page search link per company, and CSV plus PDF export. You can run it again for other roles as many times as you want.
Is the wage number what I would be paid?
It is the median of the wages those employers listed on their LCA filings for that role. Treat it as a realistic market range for a sponsored hire, not a personal offer.
