Do you have a referral program?

Why is the Placement plan only $200/month? What's the catch?
There isn't one. The $200 covers ongoing work. The placement fee covers the result. We make money when you make money. If you don't get an offer, we don't get a placement fee. That's what skin in the game looks like.
How does the placement fee work?
The $200/month covers application work. The placement fee is a one-time charge after you accept an offer at a company we applied to or referred you into during your active subscription. We set the fee with you during onboarding based on your target role level, target salary range, and how niche your search is. You'll know the number before you commit. If you don't get hired, the fee is never charged.
Why isn't the placement fee listed publicly?
Because it depends on you. A senior cloud engineer targeting $180k roles is a different conversation from someone open to entry-level data jobs. We'd rather have a real conversation than slap a one-size number on the page that doesn't fit your situation. Talk to us and we'll be upfront before you sign anything.
Can I cancel the Placement plan anytime?
Yes. It's month-to-month. Stop whenever. If you cancel before getting an offer, you owe nothing else. If you cancel within a short window of accepting an offer that we contributed to, the placement fee still applies. The exact terms are spelled out at signup.
Is there a refund policy on the one-time plans?
We don't offer refunds. That's why the trial exists. Try us with 20 applications first. If it works, scale up. If it doesn't, you've spent the cost of a couple of takeout meals to find out.
Will my one-time plan auto-renew?
No. Trial, Basic, and Standard are all one-time purchases. When the applications are used up, you can choose to renew or stop. Only the Placement plan is a recurring subscription, and you can cancel that any time.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. If you start with Trial or Basic and want to keep going, you can move up to a higher plan or switch to Placement. We carry your campaign across without missing a beat.
What counts as one application?
One submission to one role at one company. If we tailor a resume and cover letter for that role and submit through the company's portal or partner channel, that's one application.
How do I pay?
We send payment instructions during onboarding. No card data ever sits on this site. Standard methods accepted.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. Your details go only to the employers and referral contacts your applications require. We never publish client names, never use your search in marketing, and never sell data. You can request full deletion at any time.

What happens after you submit the form
- You get a reply by email within 24 hours. A conversation, not a payment link.
- We agree on scope: your targets, timeline, and which plan actually fits. If none fits, we say so.
- Payment happens only after that conversation, and only when you decide to start. You will never be asked to pay before we have talked.
- Applications start going out within 48 hours of onboarding, and you get the tracking report every week.
Refunds, plainly
One-time plans are not refundable once work has started. That is exactly why the $49 trial exists: it is the smallest honest way to judge the work before committing real money. We would rather you start small and upgrade than pay big and regret it.
The placement fee
The Placement plan carries a placement fee that is due only after you accept an offer. The exact amount is agreed in writing during onboarding, before you pay anything at all, and it never changes afterwards. No fee is ever collected before you have a signed offer in hand.
