About FlexApply
FlexApply is a done-for-you job application service for F-1 OPT, STEM OPT, and H-1B candidates in the US. We find roles you fit at employers that actually sponsor, tailor your resume and cover letter for each one, and apply for you, with a weekly report of everything sent.
Why it exists
International candidates run on a clock. OPT gives you 90 days of unemployment, 150 with the STEM extension, and every week spent on job-board forms is a week closer to the limit. Most searches that stall are not short on effort. They are aimed at employers that never sponsor, with one generic resume. FlexApply fixes the targeting and does the work, so your time goes to interviews.
What we do
- Sponsor-filtered roles. We apply only to employers with a real H-1B filing record in official Department of Labor data.
- A resume tuned to each role and a real cover letter, written from your actual experience.
- Internal referrals where we have a contact at the company.
- A weekly tracking sheet of every application, and employer replies go straight to your own inbox.
Privacy first
Privacy is the main thing FlexApply is built on. Nobody should have to explain that they had help with their job search, so we keep every client private: no names, no stories, no testimonials, and no "client of the month" posts. Applications go out as yours, and employers only ever deal with you. The proof we offer instead is the work itself: a $49 trial of 20 applications and a weekly report of every application sent.
What we will not promise
No one can honestly guarantee interviews, offers, or visa sponsorship, and we do not. What we control is the quality and targeting of every application, and you can check all of it in your weekly report. Client work is confidential by default, which is why we do not publish client names or stories.
Pricing
Start with a $49 trial of 20 applications to judge the work before committing. One-time plans are $149 for 100 applications and $249 for 250. The Placement plan is $200 a month plus a placement fee due only after you accept an offer. Full details on the pricing page.

Common questions
Is FlexApply legit? Why are there no reviews?
Yes, and the missing reviews are on purpose. Most students do not want anyone to know they had help with their job search, so FlexApply never publishes client names, stories, or testimonials. You do not have to take reviews on trust anyway. Start with the $49 trial of 20 applications and check the work yourself: your weekly report lists every application with a link to the posting, and employer replies come straight to you. There are no refunds, which is exactly why the trial exists. The H-1B sponsor data behind every application is public and free on GitHub.
