Someone to apply to product manager jobs for you, on OPT or H-1B
There is no product manager category in H-1B filings. Employers file product jobs under IT project manager, IT manager and analyst titles, so a sponsor search on the words "product manager" misses a lot of the companies that hire PMs on visas. We look at how the jobs are actually filed, then apply for you.
Short answer: Yes. FlexApply applies to product manager and MBA roles for you, only at employers with an H-1B filing record. From July to September 2025, 652 employers filed 1,597 certified H-1B applications for jobs titled product manager. 43% were filed as Information Technology Project Managers and 13% as Computer and Information Systems Managers. We search those titles too. It starts at $49.

Source: US Department of Labor LCA disclosure data, fiscal 2025 quarter 4 file (decisions from July to September 2025), certified H-1B filings only. Counts are by the job title the employer wrote, so one filing can match more than one row. A filing shows an employer sponsored that kind of role, not that it is hiring today.
Product owner, strategy and consulting roles
Product owner is a smaller title: 184 filings from 139 employers at a median offered wage of $129,227, and the biggest share, 45%, was also filed as IT project managers. MBA strategy, business operations and management consulting titles added 593 filings from 381 employers, led by Oracle, Microsoft, McKinsey and Google. Consulting work is usually filed as Management Analysts.
Match the level to your experience
The median offered wage on product manager filings was $167,024, which tells you most were for experienced hires. Entry titles are rare: only 14 filings in the quarter were for associate product manager roles, against 62 for product analyst roles. If you are a new grad or just finishing an MBA, the realistic way in is often a product analyst, business analyst or program role at a sponsor. We aim your applications at the level your experience supports and never put a senior PM title in front of a junior profile.
MBA on OPT: STEM depends on your degree
Whether you get the 24-month STEM OPT extension depends on your degree, not the job title. Your MBA or master's has to be on the DHS STEM list (check the CIP code on your I-20), the job has to relate to that degree, and the employer has to use E-Verify. Many business schools now offer STEM-designated MBA tracks in analytics or management science. If yours is not STEM, you have 12 months of OPT, so timing matters more. See the OPT unemployment rules.
How we apply for you
A real person on our team picks roles that match your background and level, tailors your resume to each job description using only your real experience, writes a real cover letter, and submits. Every employer is checked against the DOL filings first, so your applications go to companies that have actually sponsored this kind of role. Nothing is auto-submitted without a person looking at it, and you get a report of everything sent. See how it works.
What it costs
It starts with a $49 trial of 20 applications so you can see the work before paying more. Most students close to graduation pick the Placement plan: $200 a month with unlimited applications, and a placement fee only once you are hired.
